Mr. Padden practices in the area of commercial, construction and real estate development law. He has authored numerous reports and articles on lien laws, joint venture agreements, real estate development and construction issues.
Formerly a full-time litigator with emphasis on commercial and construction related matters, Mr. Padden�s practice now focuses on the commercial transactions involving his construction and development clients. In addition, Mr. Padden has experience in working with local, state, and federal agencies, including the Department of Labor & Industries and the U.S. Department of Labor with regard to wage and hour standards, the Office of Minority and Women�s Business Enterprises with regard to minority compliance and certification, and many local and county agencies with regard to real estate development and construction related issues.
Mr. Padden holds a B.A. from University of Washington as well as a J.D. from Gonzaga University School of Law (cum laude). He is also a member of many associations including the Washington Bar Association. |
