Rick became the Senior Vice President of BT Diamond IP in November 2007. He previously served as the Vice President of Business Affairs and General Counsel of INS (now BT). In this position he was responsible for the company's legal matters, as well as being a key leader in corporate development activities. Before joining INS in January of 20006, he served as Senior Vice President of Administration at Proxim Corporation. From 1998 until 2003, Rick served as Vice President and Assistant General Counsel, M&A at Nortel Networks. Rick has also served in various leadership positions in business development, alliances and law at Bay Networks, Computer Associations, The ASK Group and Ingres Corporation. Rick also holds a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration from San Diego State University and a Juris Doctor degree from the University of California's Hastings College of Law. |
