Richard L. Tinsley joined ResCare in 2007 as Chief Development Officer overseeing all the company�s acquisition, growth and marketing efforts.
An attorney and certified public accountant, Mr. Tinsley has experience in the home healthcare field as vice president of compliance and business development with Almost Family and in U.S. and international planning and analysis as senior manager with Yum! Brands, Inc. Most recently he conducted his own consulting and legal practice serving as chief financial officer and legal counsel for a number of companies that were in transition and needed expert guidance. |
