Richard Vaillant joined Histogenics in January of 2006, bringing 18 years of financial experience in the medical device industry. He was most recently Corporate Operations Controller and Director of Financial Planning & Control at American Cystoscope Makers Incorporated. Mr. Vaillant was an integral team member in improving operational and financial performance leading to a successful sale of American Cycstoscope in a $500 million deal with Gyrus.
Prior to American Cystoscope, Mr. Vaillant held increasing roles of scope and responsibility from Vice President of Finance & IT, Division Controller and Plant Controller. Mr. Vaillant was Division Controller, Systems Integration and Plant Controller of the Meditech and Meadox Divisions of Boston Scientific Corporation.
Mr. Vaillant received his B.S in Accounting through the Cooperative Education Program from Merrimack College. |
