Mr. Vautar holds a B.S. degree in Accounting from Indiana University of Pennsylvania. His professional career began in 1979 as a staff accountant with Deibert, Godfrey, and Wilkinson CPAs. In 1981, he became a Senior Accountant with Gentile, Wiener, Catanese & Vulcan, a regional Certified Public Accounting firm where he successfully completed the CPA examination in May 1983. In 1986, he joined Coopers & Lybrand, an international Certified Public Accounting firm, as an Accounting Supervisor. In 1989, hired by Shenango Incorporated as a Tax and Accounting Manager, he became Accounting Manager of Aloe Mining Corporation a year later and in 1992, promoted to Vice President, Principal Accounting Officer of Aloe Holding Company and Aloe Mining. In January 1997, he was transferred to Shenango Incorporated and assumed the position of Vice President of Finance. Effective April 1, 2000, Mr. Vautar assumed the additional responsibility of Purchasing for Shenango. Mr. Vautar is a member of both the American and Pennsylvania Institutes of Certified Public Accountants. |
