M. Richard Warner has served as a member of our Board since March 2008. Mr. Warner is a consultant for Cerberus Capital Management, L.P., or Cerberus. Prior to his work with Cerberus, Mr. Warner was employed for more than 20 years in a variety of capacities at Temple-Inland Inc., most recently as a Senior Advisor during 2006, President from 2003 to 2005, Vice President & Chief Administrative Officer from 1999 to 2003 and Vice President & General Counsel from 1994 to 2002. Prior to joining Temple-Inland, Mr. Warner was a commercial lawyer in private practice. Mr. Warner currently serves on the boards of Balcones Resources Inc. and Hilco Receivables, LLC, a Cerberus portfolio company. Mr. Warner received his BBA degree, magna cum laude, from Baylor University and his Juris Doctor degree from Baylor University Law School. Cerberus is the indirect holder of a majority of the outstanding shares of our common stock. |
