Richard Westerfield, Partner of Harris & Associates/IIC Partners, co-leads the Finance and General Management practice.

Operating under the premise that organizations who invest in superior human capital will create superior returns for their shareholders, Mr. Westerfield conducts international search assignments on behalf of emerging corporations and Fortune 500 companies.

Prior to joining Harris & Associates/IIC Partners, Richard worked nine years with two executive search firms where he concentrated on assignments in the financial services industry. Before entering executive search, he enjoyed ten successful years in commercial banking.

Richard holds a Bachelors degree in Finance from Xavier University. Richard, his wife and four children live in Centerville, where they are active in civic associations.
