As vice president of sales for Cyveillance, Rich is responsible for developing sales strategies, expanding the customer base, and increasing Cyveillance�s presence in new industries. Prior to Cyveillance, Whitman held executive management positions at SilentRunner and Computer Associates. At SilentRunner, Whitman was responsible for expanding the company�s federal sales into the Fortune 500 and instituted a Value-Added Reseller program that accounted for half of SilentRunner�s revenue. When SilentRunner was acquired by Computer Associates, Whitman remained with the company where, as director of worldwide sales for the eTrust forensics brand, he expanded the sales force to over 150 dedicated security sales representatives, made several key acquisitions, and drove sales of over $600M across the largest corporations in the world. Prior to SilentRunner, Whitman served as senior vice president of sales and marketing at Global Integrity. Whitman also served in senior management positions at Migration Software Systems, Ltd. as well as Digital Equipment Corporation. Whitman holds a B.S. Liberal Arts and Sciences from the University of Arizona. |
