Richard Yonker has served on the LogicVision Board of Directors since May 2003. Mr. Yonker is currently CFO of Gluon Networks, Inc., a privately held developer of next-generation converged switching systems. He has more than 30 years experience in finance, information technology, marketing, and manufacturing. Prior to joining Gluon, Yonker was CFO of Agility Communications, Inc., a leader in pioneering widely tunable optical components, and, before that, he was CFO of MMC Networks, Inc., a leading provider of semiconductor networking products, which was acquired by Applied Micro Circuits Corporation in 2000. He has a bachelor's degree in industrial engineering from the General Motors Institute and a master's degree in management and finance from Massachusetts Institute of Technology. |
