Rick Damron was promoted to senior vice president of operations for the new Northeast Division in January 2004. A long-time Lowe's veteran, Damron joined the company in 1981, working in the warehouse, and serving in numerous positions of increasing responsibility in store operations, including store manager, district manager, and most recently, regional vice president of the company's Pennsylvania and New Jersey markets.
