Rick Boswell, President, is responsible for the overall direction of Military Assistance Company, LLC, its operations, and its products. Prior to his current position, Rick served as both Director of Operations and Director of Business Development for Military Assistance Company. His responsibilities included the identification and implementation of new business, as well as participating in speaking engagements to attract new business. Other duties included cultivating current client relationships, ensuring growth of business through the introduction of new products, and maintenance of current accounts. His career background includes serving as a commissioned officer in the United States Army for six years where he provided technical advice and support for specialty training and equipment readiness levels. He also served as an operations manager for the Federal Government in the Department of Commerce. In addition to his strong military background, his business experience includes operations and personnel management, as well as sales and marketing program implementation for the hotel management industry and a variety of related companies. Rick earned a bachelor�s degree in accounting from the University of Kentucky and a master�s degree in business administration from the University of Louisville. He also serves as a member of the Association of the United States Army, the Professional Housing Management Association, the American Society of Military Comptrollers, and the Government Electronics Industry Association. |
