Rick is responsible for the strategic and operational directions of Information Technology for the company. Prior to joining Women's Health USA, Rick held CIO and management positions at American Payment Systems, as well as in banking, distribution and software companies. His career spans over 30 years, during which time he has also developed and run customer call/service centers and has led a sales and marketing division for a major medical supply company. Rick has been president of the Central New England Society of Information Management organization and past Chairman of the Wheeler Regional Family YMCA. Currently, he is on the Advisory Board of two technology companies and serves on the Board of Trustees for the Wheeler Clinic. |
