Rick Cardillo joined Nationstar Mortgage, formerly known as Centex Home Equity, in June 2005 as Executive Vice President of Broker Referral. In December 2006, he was promoted to Executive Vice President Wholesale Operations.



Mr. Cardillo is responsible for the general management of Nationstar Mortgage's wholesale lending operations. Nationstar Mortgage's wholesale operations include the broker origination channel, consisting of four divisional offices located throughout the country; and The Alliance division which generates business from mortgage bankers, prime mortgage companies and home builders.



Prior to joining Nationstar Mortgage, Mr. Cardillo served for six years with Citifinancial, where he held a variety of leadership roles including management of the correspondent lending channel, broker origination channel, centralized operations and centralized retail lending. Subsequent to Citifinancial, Mr. Cardillo spent three years with Bank of America's Consumer Finance Group as Executive Vice President in various leadership roles for NationsCredit and EquiCredit.



Mr. Cardillo began his career with a ten-year tenure at Morgan Stanley Credit Services, formerly known as Dean Witter Credit Services/Novus Financial, serving in various management positions.



Mr. Cardillo holds a B.S. from Seton Hall University.
