Rick Chavez is responsible for identifying new market and product opportunities, developing additional revenue streams, enhancing the company's visibility and stature with current and prospective partners, and designing Brix offerings that drive growth opportunities for large systems integrators. Chavez joined Brix in March 2005 from his own advisory firm, Chavez Group, where his clients included public and private sector organizations, as well as early stage ventures. Previously, Chavez was a founding executive with Viant Corporation, where he served as chief strategy officer and chairman of the Viant Advisory Board. Chavez was also interim CEO and a Board member of Lobby7, an MIT-initiated company, and a co-founder of Marble Associates, a pioneer of Internet, intranet, and object-oriented solutions. Chavez holds an A.B. degree in Political Science from Harvard College. |
