Richard (Rick) Conrad is president Northeast Area for Verizon Wireless, responsible for the company's operations in the New England, Upstate New York, New York Metro, Philadelphia Tri-State and Washington/Baltimore/Virginia Regions. He previously served as executive vice president and chief operating officer of PrimeCo Personal Communications, a position he held starting September 1997. From July 1995 to September 1997, he served as president New York Metro region of Bell Atlantic Mobile where he was responsible for sales, marketing, engineering, finance, administration and network systems expansion in 15 New York and New Jersey counties, including Long Island, and in New York City's five boroughs
