Since joining EOI in 1997, Rick�s responsibilities have grown to include management of asbestos, lead and other environmental inspections, asbestos remediation design, contract bidding and administration and management of abatement services. He also has extensive Phase I environmental assessment experience and has performed property condition surveys/engineering assessments. Cwiklowski has more than 15 years of consulting experience with a wide range of environmental-related services and three years of asbestos abatement management and supervision. He has completed projects in 24 states. Rick received his bachelor�s degree in mechanical engineering from the University of Missouri at Rolla and has been a registered professional engineer in Missouri and Illinois for more than 20 years |
