Rick DeRose is the founder and President of Technology Group, a high quality executive search firm committed to serving the recruitment needs of technology related companies. Rick is responsible for expanding the firm's services and practices in executive search, middle management recruitment, and outsourced project solutions.
Rick leads a corporate culture with a shared mission of recruiting high impact leaders that have a measurable impact to a client's ROI. His personal clients have included some of the word's most notable market leaders including Cisco Systems, Nextel Communications, Sprint Communications as well as fast growing mid-market leaders including Paetec Communications, Sterling Commerce and Global Consultants, Inc.
Under Rick's guidance, the Wharton School of Business has recognized TEG in the Philadelphia/New Jersey region.
Prior to starting TEG, Rick spent a decade of various leadership positions at British based Cable and Wireless Communications. Rick currently oversees all functional segments within TEG including the development of business practices, search execution process, corporate marketing, finance and corporate administration. Rick is an active member of several local and national executive technology committees as well as an active board member to three local technology companies. Rick's primarily charitable interests include Food for the Poor, The AJ Fund, and the Multiple Sclerosis Society. Rick has earned an MBA from Drexel University and a BS with Honors in Accounting from St Joseph's University. Rick and his wife Colleen reside in New Jersey and have two children. |
