~Rick Dobson is Vice President for Education and Community Relations for MMI. He is responsible for education activities in locations where MMI has a physical presence, utilizing both education specialists and Certified Money Management Volunteers. Prior to joining MMI, Mr. Dobson was president and CEO of CCCS of Maine, which he founded in 1971. In addition to leading a statewide counseling organization, Mr. Dobson�s commitment to quality education programs was recognized when CCCS-Maine won several PACE awards for education program excellence from the National Foundation for Credit Counseling (NFCC).In 1993, Mr. Dobson established CCS of Atlantic Canada, and was instrumental in assisting the agency through its infancy. He sat on its board for several years and was crucial in its development into a large, successful agency. Mr. Dobson is a member of Maine�s Governors Council of Advisors on Consumer Credit and a member of the Board of Trustees of NFCC. He has served as Chairman of NFCC�s Region I and as Chairman of the Board of Directors for Cooperative Processing Resources, Inc., a national software company for CCCS agencies.
