As Director of Recruiting Services, Rick leads the efforts of our full time recruiting team. An industry veteran with over 18 years of direct recruiting experience, Rick effectively speaks to what works best in today's employment marketplace. Rick has the ability to see the big picture and provides a unique consultative approach to recruiting in order to create success for both MindSource and our customers. With nearly 20 years in contract and regular full-time placement as a Recruiter, Account Manager and Leader, Rick translates his experience into pragmatic leadership, training and guidance for the entire MindSource team. He has been described by his peers as a passionate, creative and committed leader. His straight-forward approach to the tasks associated with staffing organizations in the Silicon Valley has led to the growth and success of many companies. Rick has worked to staff companies ranging in size from fresh start-ups to the Fortune 100. Notable successes in include work done for Oracle, NVIDIA, SGI, Jigsaw, Cisco, Microsoft, Altera, etc.. He is an avid sports enthusiast, as a participant and spectator. Rick is a graduate of Santa Clara University and has a BSC in Economics and Management. |
