Rick Heymann is responsible for analysis of various contractor selections, contractor pricing, project scheduling, pre-construction budget review and direct supervision of design and construction projects under direction of the Senior Vice President of Construction. Rick assists the KDC team with detailed cost analysis and value engineering. He has a strong technical background in construction areas such as clean rooms, computer chip manufacturing and logistics. Rick is also responsible for the KDC project web cameras.
