Rick Johnson, CFO Rick Johnson brings more than 15 years� financial leadership experience within global public and start-up organizations to his position as Chief Financial Officer of Ethertronics. As CFO, Johnson is responsible for overseeing the company�s financial operations. A Certified Management Accountant (CMA), Johnson is a co-founder of Tarari, Inc., which was the first management-initiated spinout from Intel. Johnson most recently served as Tarari�s Vice President and CFO, and was part of a four-member team who led the sale of Tarari to LSI for $85 million. Prior to Tarari, Johnson spent five years at Intel, Inc., most recently serving as Controller for the company�s Network Equipment Division. Johnson played an active role in working with Intel Capital on acquisitions as well as divestitures for the Communication Product Group. While at Intel, he also served as the Wireless Communication and Computing Group Consolidator/Business Analysis and Reporting Manager as well as a Strategic Financial Analyst for the company, supporting several of Intel�s product development teams. Johnson earned his master�s in business administration with a concentration in finance, accounting and management information systems from University of California, Irvine and his bachelor�s from University of California, San Diego. |
