Rick has brought to Sullivan Associates more than 20 years of diverse corporate sales, marketing, and general management experience from the world�s top consumer product and service companies. Throughout his career, Rick held senior and officer-level management positions with Frito-Lay, Inc., Polaroid Corporation, and NordicTrack, Inc. where he developed expertise with retail, B2B, distributor, franchise, and direct response channels of distribution, as well as managing sales, marketing, advertising and public relations teams. For the past six years, he has completed more than 60 senior management searches including Board of Directors, President/CEO and other executive and senior management positions in all functional areas. Rick holds a BA from McMurry University.
