Rick Orriss has been a leader, for over 30 years, in the development of advanced communications systems used by major carriers to manage and operate their service infrastructure. Before joining Leapstone, Rick was Vice President and General Manager at Telcordia Technologies where he was responsible for the development of a variety of systems, including those that manage toll-free service throughout North America. In addition, he was responsible for the development of number portability solutions for wireline and wireless carriers. Throughout the early-to-mid 1990s, Rick led the development of Telcordia's Advanced Intelligent Network Services platform, which is widely deployed in North America and Europe. Prior to Telcordia, he held a number of positions at Bell Laboratories, where he began his career in 1967. Rick received his BSEE degree from Princeton University and his MSEE degree from Ohio State University. |
