Tenure with Crosland Since 2007 Professional Experience Rick manages the day to day project coordination for the Biltmore Park Town Square and Tranquil Court projects. His responsibilities include contract management, budgets, job costing, estimation, buyouts, schedules and acting as a customer service liaison to the client. Prior to joining Crosland, Rick ran his own company from 2003 to 2007 where he concentrated on custom renovations in the Historic Dilworth area in Charlotte. As an Assistant Project Manager for Bovis, he worked in the Health Care Division on the Margaret Pardee Memorial Hospital and Aldersgate CCRC. He also assisted in the project set up of the Appalachian State University Library in Boone, NC. While working at RJ Griffin, he assisted in project management of an 18 story condominium project in North Myrtle Beach and the Governors Mansion in Columbia, SC. Mr. Rader also spent several years in the Heavy Highway business building several roads in Charlotte including Independence Boulevard and I-85 in Gastonia. He brings 14 years of experience in the construction industry to Crosland. |
