Rick White is the Vice President of Asset Management for our South Central Region located in Dallas, Texas. Mr. White joined SunAmerica in 1997 and is responsible for reviewing SunAmerica's properties in the South Central region. He has worked in the multifamily business for over 20 years and he is a Certified Property Manager and a licensed real estate broker. Before joining SunAmerica, Mr. White was a Regional Vice President for Metric Realty Services where he oversaw the operations of over 10,000 apartment units and more than 1.5 million square feet of commercial space. His portfolio included a variety of different apartments owned by public pension funds, publicly syndicated partnerships, life insurance companies and financial institutions. Mr. White graduated Summa Cum Laude from Pierce College and holds a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration.
