Rick recently announced his plans to establish CS Performance Group, the Executive Division of CareerStrategies. His professional background includes over 25 years experience in the career management field with an emphasis in Executive Coaching, Leadership Development, Executive Search and Assessment.

Rick is certified in a number of assessment systems including the TTI TriMetrix Benchmarking Assessment System. He is a Certified Professional Behavioral Analyst (CPBA) and a Values Analyst (CPVA). Rick also completed the Assess2 and the SalesMax certification through Bigby-Havis. His in-depth knowledge and understanding of human behavior, workplace motivators and personal competencies required for superior performance are critical in helping him accurately evaluate and develop an individual's talent potential for an organization.

These thoroughly researched and validated instruments are instrumental in all of CareerStrategies' "key" practice areas and Rick plans to build the firm's Executive Coaching, Executive Search and Leadership Development practice areas. This expertise allows CS to offer our client firms a proven and objective methodology in evaluating a person's potential for outstanding performance and our candidates in transition an opportunity to make the necessary adjustments to enhance their value oin the job search market.

Prior to establishing CareerStrategies over 12 years ago, Rick was Principal of an executive recruiting firm and Senior VP for a local outplacement firm. Rick has extensive management experience in all phases of the employee lifecycle from recruiting, retention, coaching and career development through developing effective career transition strategies for individuals at all levels of an organization.

Rick is a dynamic speaker and facilitator and has spoken to major organizations and universities in this area on important career and talent management issues. Rick also pioneered a career transition workshop for Senior Officers leaving the U.S. Air Force and other Armed Forces, which established his firm as a sole provider at Scott AFB for over 5 years. The Executive Transition Assistance Program (Executive TAP Program) is considered a "must" attend by all Officers and Senior Enlisted Personnel leaving the military. His high-energy presentations consistently received the highest evaluations from all attendees in his program that included Colonels and Lt. Colonels in the U.S. Air Force.

Rick is also active in the community and serves on the Alumni Board at The John Cook School of Business at St. Louis University and is an active member of the Board of Advisors for the West County YMCA. He is also active in the Human Resource Management Association (HRMA) and the St. Louis Regional Commerce and Growth Association (RCGA). He served for three years as Co-Chair of "A Night To Remember", a major fundraising event benefiting the Alzheimer's Association - St. Louis Chapter. He is still active in that charitable organization and now serves on the Gala Committee for the Cystic Fibrosis Foundation in St. Louis for one of their largest fundraising events.

Rick earned his B.S. in Marketing from St. Louis University and his M.A. in Human resources Development from Webster University. He and his family reside in O'Fallon, MO.
