Ms. Carlson is a litigation associate with extensive experience in a wide variety of civil litigation matters. Her current practice emphasizes products liability, focusing on asbestos litigation. She has represented a broad range of companies in products liability litigation, including manufacturers, distributors, and suppliers of various industrial and automotive products, as well as premises owners. She has also practiced government tort liability, automobile liability defense, general products liability, premises liability, and toxic tort defense. She has contributed as a senior member of civil litigation trial teams defending various Fortune 500 companies in complex products liability, premises liability, public entity defense, and tort liability actions. Ms. Carlson has coordinated case management of a high volume of asbestos matters filed the Counties of Alameda, San Francisco, Los Angeles, Orange, and Ventura. She is experienced in all facets of aggressively defending matters, as well as negotiating numerous settlements and participating in arbitrations and mediations.
