H. Ritchey Hollenbaugh
Business Litigation
Mr. Hollenbaugh is the Head of the Litigation Group at Carlile Patchen & Murphy LLP. He received his undergraduate degree from Kent State University in 1969 and his law degree from Capital University in 1973. Mr. Hollenbaugh is a past President of the Ohio State Bar Association and past President of the Columbus Bar Association. He is also very active in the American Bar Association, chairing several significant initiatives of the ABA as well as serving in its House of Delegates. Mr. Hollenbaugh has been appointed Special Prosecutor in several high profile matters in both Franklin and Athens counties and has served as a member of both the State and County Public Defender Commissions.
Mr. Hollenbaugh is a regular commentator of WOSU radio's "You and the Law". He has also participated in many law related activities and was appointed to be a member of the Supreme Court of Ohio's Delegation to the Ukraine which assisted in the establishment of their court system in the post-Soviet era. His areas of practice include business litigation, white collar criminal litigation and employment law.
