Mr. Beck is the founder of AlphaStaff and also serves as the company�s Chairman of the Board. He brings an insurance, financial and marketing background and heritage to AlphaStaff. He first entered the insurance industry in 1970 as an insurance agent while attending college full time. Since that time, he has held many positions in the insurance industry ranging from agent, sales manager, field training consultant, district sales manager, principal of a multi-state insurance benefits brokerage agency and president of a group of insurance companies. Mr. Beck serves on the board of the Florida Association of PEOs (FAPEO). He also serves on the board of the Employers Services Assurance Corporation (ESAC) which provides PEO accreditation and financial assurance covering over $17 billion of annual employee wages. Currently only 24 PEOs in the US have been able to meet the ESAC accreditation standards. http://esacorp.org/ Mr. Beck received his CLU designation in 1975.
