Mr. Giacovas is a partner in the Firm's litigation group and concentrates his practice in securities and complex civil litigation. Mr. Giacovas regularly advises and represents broker-dealers and their employees in arbitrations, investigations and regulatory matters. He has experience before numerous federal and state courts and has served as counsel in arbitrations before the NASD, NYSE, American Arbitration Association and the International Chamber of Commerce.
