Robert A. Migliaccio joined the firm in 1993. The focus of his practice is in the areas of banking, business and real estate. For twenty-five years, he has represented numerous national and state chartered banks, as well as borrowers in all kinds of lending transactions, including real estate, construction, asset-based and commercial lending and work-outs, as well as transactions between lenders, including the negotiation of participation agreements, inter-creditor agreements, subordination agreements and the like. Mr. Migliaccio has also represented both issuers of letters of credit and borrowers in a variety of public finance transactions. In addition, Mr. Migliaccio counsels many corporate and partnership clients on all aspects of business law, including formation, operations, contract preparation and mergers and acquisitions. Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Migliaccio was a partner in the Providence law firm of Roberts, Carroll, Feldstein & Peirce. Mr. Migliaccio is a cum laude graduate of Boston College and received his J.D., cum laude, from Suffolk University Law School in 1982. Mr. Migliaccio is a former member of the Board of Governors, and past Commodore, of The Barrington Yacht Club, and was a past Vice President and member of the Board of Directors of Narragansett Bay Yachting Association. |
