Robert Sacks joined Sullivan & Cromwell in 1984 and has been a partner since 1990. He moved from New York to Los Angeles in 1991 and is presently Managing Partner of the Firm's Los Angeles office. Mr. Sacks has extensive experience in complex business disputes of all types. Mr. Sacks regularly defends and advises clients in the areas of securities and other class action litigation, mergers and acquisitions, antitrust, contractual arrangements of all types, intellectual property, the obligations of corporate officers and directors, and SEC and internal corporate investigations. He appears in federal and state courts throughout California and elsewhere, in administrative proceedings before the SEC and other agencies, and in arbitrations and other types of private dispute resolution proceedings |
