Mr. Seale�s practice emphasizes business, finance, corporate and tax matters. He represents high net worth individuals and closely held businesses in income tax structuring, estate tax, planning and private placement transactional work in a variety of legal matters including real estate, oil and gas, banking and thoroughbred breeding.While in law school, Mr. Seale worked as a research assistant to Professor George W. Hardy, III, author of the Louisiana Mineral Code.Mr. Seale is a former partner at Phelps Dunbar and Vinson & Elkins in Houston. He is a member of the Tax and Real Property, Probate and Trust Sections of the ABA and the Tax and Business Law Section of the Texas Bar Association. He is listed in Who�s Who in American Law, a life member of the Texas Bar Foundation and a sustaining life Fellow of the Houston Bar Association.He has served on the boards of directors of various organizations, including one of the largest private banks in Houston. Currently he is a member of the University of Texas Health Science Center Development Board, and is Chair and Trustee of The Lyons Foundation and The Vivian Smith Foundation for Neurological Research, the latter being affiliated with the University of Texas Health Science Center-Houston. |
