In 1995, Bob Wysocki completed a 25-year career at NYNEX Corporation and the Bell System. In 1996, he founded Cornell Group-CT, Inc., and then in 2002, along with John Weidner and John Luce, he founded Cornell Global, LLC. He brings to Cornell Global corporate experience in Investor Relations, Investment Management, Capital Markets and Telecommunications. During his last eight years at NYNEX, Bob was Director of Investor Relations, assisting the Chairman, Vice Chairmen and CFO with all aspects of communications with the global investor community. From 1979-1987, he headed the NYNEX Investment Management Staff responsible for investment policy, asset diversification, investment manager selection and surveillance, in-house management and trust administration. The NYNEX Master Pension Trust was one of the top 25 private pension funds in the U.S. Prior to his executive staff responsibilities, Bob served in various corporate treasury positions with financial management responsibilities. He was graduated from the United States Military Academy at West Point in 1967 with a Bachelor of Science degree. In 1984, he graduated with honors from the Executive MBA Program at Pace University. Bob serves professionally in leading industry and public service positions. He is active in the National Investor Relations Institute (NIRI). He is also a member of the CFA Institute and the New York Society of Security Analysts. From 2002-2005, he served as a Civilian Aide to the Secretary of the Army and as a Trustee of the United States Military Academy at West Point. He is a past President of the New York Chapter of the National Investor Relations Institute (NIRI) and the West Point Society of New York. He has spoken at NIRI National Conferences, NYSSA meetings and at industry groups on career planning and development. He is a Trustee of his local community. At Cornell Global, Bob directs executive search assignments for hedge fund, investment management, investor relations, mutual fund and technology professionals. |
