Mr. Becker has been a member of our board of directors since June 30, 2000. Since its formation in September 1986, Mr. Becker has been the president of Robert B. Becker Inc., a private consulting company specializing in business combinations, new business initiatives and contractual negotiations in the broadcasting, entertainment, media and communications segments. Mr. Becker is also the chief financial officer, treasurer, secretary and a member of the board of directors of Juniper Partners Acquisition Corp., a publicly traded blank check company. From 1989 to 1991, he served as chief financial officer and treasurer of Memry Corporation, a publicly traded company that develops and markets new products. From 1980 until entering the consulting business, Mr. Becker served as vice president and controller of HBO, and director of programming finance of HBO from 1978 to 1980. Prior to this, he held various positions in the financial department of Time Inc. Mr. Becker received a B.S. from the University of Northern Colorado. |
