Bob Dunlap has more than 20 years experience in credit underwriting and loan origination and administration with thrifts and regional national banks, as well as mortgage banking firms. His latest banking position was Senior Vice President of First Union National Bank of Florida, where he was the senior credit officer for the Special Assets Division. In this position, he worked closely with Loan Review and with the bank's senior management in reviewing specific reserves and in establishing loan loss projections and charge-off's. He was directly responsible for the sale of over 4000 notes and $500 million in whole loans during his tenure at First Union National Bank. Bob is a graduate of Florida State University (BS) and the University of North Florida (MBA, MACC); he holds a current Florida CPA license, as well. |
