a Robert Littleton concentrates his area of practice on civil, trial, appellate, state administrative, health and insurance litigation. Mr. Littleton represents major life and health insurance companies statewide in litigation. He represents major health care facilities in state administrative proceedings and in judicial proceedings pertaining to Certificate of Need (CON)applications. He also represents major health care facilities in various civil litigation, with the exception of medical malpractice litigation. He has represented professionals with licensure problems including attorneys, physicians, dentists, veterinarians and optometrists before state administrative boards and in judicial proceedings. He represents plaintiffs and defendants in tort claims and in matters concerning insurance coverage.
