Experience:
Bob Rapfogel's practice focuses on mergers and acquisitions, securities offerings and general corporate and securities matters. His experience includes working on transactions in a variety of industries involving both private and public companies in merger and acquisition transactions as well as advising clients on an ongoing basis regarding general corporate and securities matters, including Exchange Act reporting and corporate governance. Bob also has experience advising clients on matters related to governmental economic development programs, both currently and previously while working for the Texas Attorney General's Office. In addition, he has experience with "open government" laws and advises businesses seeking information from governmental bodies and those working with governmental bodies with protectable information interests under open government laws.
