Mr. Buck, 58, became a director on July 1, 2003. Mr. Buck is currently the Chief Executive Officer of Beacon Roofing Supply, Inc. Mr. Buck previously served as Senior Vice President and President -- Uniform Rental Division of Cintas Corporation (primarily a corporate identity uniform company) from 1997 to 2003. Prior to that time, he served Cintas Corporation as Senior Vice President -- Midwest Region (1991-1997) and Senior Vice President -- Finance and Chief Financial Officer (1982-1991). Mr. Buck serves as a director of Beacon Roofing Supply, Inc., Kendle International and the National Coalition for the Protection of Children and Families. In addition, he is a trustee of the Fellowship of Christian Athletes, and is a member of the Dean's Advisory Council for the College of Business Administration at the University of Cincinnati. |
