His practice focuses on the protection and commercialization of intellectual property and information technology. Mr. Low has extensive experience in all aspects of domestic, Canadian and international trademark selection, clearance and enforcement, including trademark availability options, portfolio management, infringement, and domain name and cybersquatting disputes. He has worked with technology and international trademark transfer and licensing, including drafting and negotiating domestic and international software and trademark licenses, technology transfer agreements, source code escrow and shrink/click wrap agreements, hosting agreements, joint research and development agreements, sales agency agreements, VAR agreements, OEM agreements, enterprise resource planning (ERP) agreements, manufacture, distribution, and consulting agreements, confidentiality agreements, intellectual property assignment agreements, web site terms and conditions, privacy statements, intellectual property due diligence and copyright clearance.
