Mr.Geib was elected by the Board to serve as the Company's Chief Operating Officer, effective September 4, 2007. Prior to joining the Company, Mr. Geib was the Director of Operations Services for the Northeast Gas Association in New York, NY. From 1999 to 2005, Mr. Geib worked at Southwest Gas Corporation in Las Vegas, NV as a supervisor and a distribution engineer.
