Robby practices in the firm's commercial real estate section. He practices in the areas of commercial real estate transactions, land development and representation of landlords and tenants. Prior to joining the firm in 2006, Robby practiced for over two years in an established real estate law firm in Raleigh, primarily in the area of commercial real estate transactions and land development.
Robby received his B.A. from the University of Virginia. He received his J.D. from Wake Forest University, where he was Student Bar Association President, an executive member of the Moot Court Board, and Chief Justice of Phi Alpha Delta. Robby also received his M.B.A. from Wake Forest University, where he served as an executive member on the Student Government Association.
Robby is an active member of the North Carolina Bar Association, Young Lawyers Division: Bar Exam Committee. He tutors individuals with regard to the essay portion of their bar exams and teaches bar exam essay-writing clinics to law students in preparation for their bar exams. |
