Mr. Mayer has extensive experience in corporate advisory and investment banking. In 1977, he joined J. Henry Schroder Bank Trust Co. where he assisted European clients on their investments in U. S. companies. In 1984, Mr. Mayer helped form Givens Hall Associates, providing investment banking and investment management services to high net worth families in Europe, Asia and Latin America. In addition, Mr. Mayer was Chief Financial Officer of Vernon Computer Leasing, of Toronto, Canada. Prior to founding Larkspur Capital, Mr. Mayer, worked with Mr. Cronson, in a partnership that advised companies seeking private equity. |
