Robert C. Rohdie has been a Director of Tarragon and President and Chief Executive Officer of Tarragon Development Corporation, a wholly owned subsidiary of Tarragon since February 2000. Since 1988, Mr. Rohdie has also served as President of Rohdhouse Investments, Inc., his wholly owned real estate development company, which acted as Tarragon's joint venture partner in new construction and development projects from 1997 through 2000. Mr. Rohdie has been an attorney at law since 1965. |
