Mr. German is a Managing Shareholder of the firm and the Chairman of the Corporate Services Group. Mr. German's practice focuses on corporate law, estate planning, tax law and employee benefits. Mr. German is counsel to a number of companies, including publicly owned corporations, and has represented many clients involved in acquisitions and sales of businesses.
