Mr. Hancock represents a wide variety of companies including pharmaceutical manufacturers, insurance and financial services companies, as well as other commercial entities in a variety of matters, including fraud, bad faith, contract, product liability, and other commercial disputes, including intellectual property matters. Mr. Hancock has extensive deposition experience, including numerous treating physicians as well as Rule 26 expert witnesses. He also has experience defending depositions, including 30(b)(6) witnesses. In addition to his practice in Alabama, Mr. Hancock has also represented clients and managed litigation in numerous jurisdictions outside of Alabama, including Alaska, Kansas, Indiana, Illinois, and Colorado.Prior To Maynard Cooper:Mr. Hancock did post-graduate work at the Georgetown University Law Center and worked in Washington, D.C. for the Cato Institute's Center for Constitutional Studies. |
