Professional Experience
Mr. Pontelle is an associate with the firm�s Land Use Group, which provides an array of legal services regarding the development of real property. His practice encompasses every facet of the entitlement process, from pre-acquisition due diligence to permitting and litigation, including litigation under the California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA). Prior to joining Weston Benshoof, Mr. Pontelle practiced land use and municipal law with a private law firm, representing both public entities and private developers.
