Mr. Ramage has tried a wide variety of matters before juries, arbitrators and judges throughout Texas and Oklahoma. He represents corporations, banks, retailers, and a variety of other individuals and businesses in class action defense, products liability, employment litigation and premises liability, trademark infringement, copyright infringement, unfair competition. He has represented companies in trade dress litigation, and served as lead counsel in several national class action cases.
He has been selected as a demonstrator and educator for annual national and local level trial academies to teach fellow attorneys trial skills, jury selection tactics, jury argument and cross-examination.
