Robert E. Anderson joined LeCroy�s Board of Directors in 1995. He is currently President of Omniken, an advisor to technology company CEOs. He co-founded one of his two startup companies and for five years was President and CEO of GenRad, Inc., at the time a $150 million New York Stock Exchange-listed technology company. He recently completed a seven-year term on the Executive Committee of the MIT Enterprise Forum of Cambridge, and is a past director of the Technology Capital Network at MIT, the National Association of Corporate Directors/New England, the Association for Corporate Growth, and the American Electronics Association. His Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering and Bachelor of Science in Industrial Management degrees are from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology. |
