Experience
Mr. Rockwell represents insured and self-insured employers in workers' compensation matters in Western Maryland from the Firm's Hagerstown office. He provides advice in all aspects of the process, beginning with issues of compensability, claims investigation and continues to provide representation until resolution of the claim. He represents their interests at the Maryland Workers' Compensation Commission and on appeals to the Circuit Courts and in Maryland's higher appellate courts. In addition, Mr. Rockwell represents employers and insurers in Pennsylvania before the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania Department of Labor and Industry Bureau of Workers' Compensation. Mr. Rockwell is also a Lieutenant Colonel in the Air National Guard serving in the position of Staff Judge Advocate for the 167th Airlift Wing, Martinsburg, West Virginia.
Mr. Rockwell achieved an A/V� rating from Martindale Hubbell�, the highest possible peer review rating for ethics and legal ability.
